Blame the generous dose of Amarillo, Tangier, Anchovy, and Mosaic hops packed into this smooth, low-bitterness hazy for making it so dangerously drinkable. We were fortunate to collaborate with our friends at Four Winds Farm in Fitchburg, WI to harvest some locally-grown Centennial hops for this throwback, strong red ale. Added during the mash and late in the boil these Centennial hops add citrus and pine notes to the deep, rich, lightly sweet malt base. Toffee, toast crust and dried fruit from the five different malts is balanced by a firm bitterness for the perfect sweater weather beer that you’ll crave. [ POUR: 12 OZ.: $7 / TO-GO: 32OZ. This beer is our homage to the simple, easy drinking, malt-forward ales served in pubs throughout the UK. Based on the Special Bitter style this deep copper colored ale exhibits notes of light fruit (apple, citrus) and a touch of caramel and bready malt. A simple malt bill of 100% light-colored German pilsner malt lets the Southern Hemisphere hops - Riwaka and Wai-iti - take center stage in this unique pilsner-style lager. A dark beer that drinks much lighter and smoother than you might expect, with a bit higher alcohol content - making it a bock beer. Sweet, deep roasted malt mixes with toast crust and cocoa notes along with a hint of smoke to create a complex but still immensely quaffable beer. This is Full Mile’s take on the traditional German wheat bock. A grist of over 60% German wheat malt paired with floor-malted Munich malt and a touch of caramel malt creates a lush yet soft base with hints of toffee and chocolate that blends perfectly with the banana and clove notes from our house Weizen yeast. Our 7th Anniversary Imperial Stout was aged for 10 plus months in Driftless Glen and Dancing Goat Rye, Driftless Glen Bourbon and Wollersheim Brandy barrels.
