Q: How long does the 2024 membership run for?
A: From Tuesday, January 2, 2024 to Tuesday, December 31, 2024
Q: What are the perks again?
A: Boy…a lot! Here they are:
20oz pour in our exclusive, hand-made Cambridge Woodfired Pottery Ceramic Mug Club Mug for the same price of a 16oz pour*
Get $1 off any of our 12 oz. pours. You can’t use your 20oz mug for these beers (ie, Barrel aged Imperial Stout), but you’ll get $1 off the cost of the pour in a 12oz. tulip glass.

Other special perks as they come up, like special deals on beer or food, early access to beers, ‘Meet the Brewer’ get togethers or other events, etc.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: $100 (tax included)
Q: So how does it all work?
A: Glad you asked. You (or someone that likes you enough to buy you a membership) sign up for the membership and pay the upfront $100 (you will pay ahead of time, your credit card will be charged at time of purchase). We want to put your (their) name on the membership card. If you purchase a membership in-house we will have a sign up card for you to fill out to grab this information. We will need an email address so we can communicate with you throughout the year. If you are purchasing the membership as a gift we will have cards that you can take to gift to the recipient before they receive their actual mug - since this does not happen until after the holidays.
Note: existing mug club members receive first right to renew their memberships and after an approximately one month window we open up memberships to people on the mug club waiting list we have here at the taproom. We will be emailing existing members and then people on the waiting list to let them know they are available.
Note: we are not offering online renewal or ordering of memberships again this year.
Starting on Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024 (and any day after that) you can come into FMBC&K and pick up your mug and new membership card and get started drinking beer. At this point it’s all systems go! You can start taking advantage of the perks. Show the bartender or server your membership card and the fun begins.
Q: Anything else?
A: Sure, a couple of housekeeping items.
You must be present when your mug is in use - ie, your BFF can’t come in and use your mug.
The Mug Club Mug must stay at FMBC&K during the year.
As mentioned, previously higher ABV beers or ultra-expensive beers (heavily fruited or aged beers) will not be offered in the 20oz. Mug Club Mug, but in the smaller glass (likely 12 oz. glass) for $1 off the normal price of a pour.
You will have your very own mug - your mug number will correspond to the number on your mug and on your membership card. You also get to keep your mug at the end of the year.
Mug Club Memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Must be 21 years or older to be a Mug Club Member.
We reserve the right to make changes to the guidelines of Mug Club Membership throughout the year as necessary, but these changes will always be communicated to members via email, in-person or via Facebook Group (if you are a member ask and we can send you a facebook invite to the group).
